Pilates Course

Pilates can be a life changing form of exercise, when practised regularly, so why not invest in someone you love by giving them the opportunity to discover the wonders of Pilates. Our Pilates classes are run on an 8 week course basis, at the cost of £96. We request courses are booked in advance and participants register with us in order to complete a Medical Questionnaire before attending any classes.
