Our vouchers can be redeemed against any therapy, massage treatment or special event offered by The Core Zone, we even accept them as payment for our Pilates classes.
Unfortunately, Core Zone vouchers are not valid for any class or workshop hosted by Lisa Valentine.

An ideal choice for anyone who enjoys our regular special events such as Head In The Clouds Nights or Gong Sound Baths. This Voucher is redeemable against any special event or Pilates Class managed by The Core Zone. These vouchers cannot be redeemed against classes managed by Lisa Valentine Yoga.
8 Week Pilates Course
Pilates can be a life changing form of exercise, when practised regularly, so why not invest in someone you love by giving them the opportunity to discover the wonders of Pilates.
Our Pilates classes are run on an 8 week course basis, at the cost of £96.
We request courses are booked in advance and participants register with us in order to complete a Medical Questionnaire before attending any classes.
