Part-time Pilates Instructor Required
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a personable and confident individual to teach Pilates in small groups at an independent studio established in 2003.
The required role focuses on providing an individual approach to clients, developing and implementing routines emphasising correct form and technique. The successful candidate should be comfortable providing support and alternative movements to encourage progression safely and have the knowledge to correct alignments throughout classes.
A good understanding of health and safety, studio etiquette and maintaining a clean studio environment is also expected.
Although an experienced instructor is preferred, it is not essential. For the right person we will happily support development and encourage growth as a teacher.
Salary: £25.00-£30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 6 per week

Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred) with Appi, Classical or Stott qualification
Experience: Personal Training:/Pilates Instruction: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute: To Middleton Cheney, OX17 2NE

Core Zone is a small independent Pilates studio located in a beautiful rural setting in Middleton Cheney, Near Banbury.
Our studio is a bright and spacious stone barn conversion, with plenty of free parking.
Launched by Shaena Charles back in 2003, with the ambition to encourage people to find time for themselves, and to reap the benefits, both physically and emotionally, Core Zone creates a calm and friendly sanctuary to support clients in maintaining healthy, balanced lives whilst inspiring the mind, nurturing the soul and strengthening the body.
ABOUT THE YOU
You will have a deep knowledge of anatomy and bio mechanics of movement. Be experienced in teaching movement or Pilates with a strong ability to communicate and demonstrate at all levels.
You should have a positive attitude with a warm disposition and a natural empathy.
You should be capable of a good level of automony, but be willing to embrace our style of teaching and brand values.
