We value the health and well-being of all customers to The Core Zone. Therefore, to ensure that no one has to worry about participating in our classes or attending appointments with massage therapists we are observing Government guidelines and taking every precaution to protect our clients from infection whilst continuing to provide our services.
Therapy Rooms – The treatment couches, equipment and all touched surfaces within the room are wiped down with antibacterial solution after each client appointment. Therapists adhere to the strict hand washing procedure before and after each appointment.
In classes: We wipe down all equipment between classes, but if you feel more comfortable you are welcome to bring your own towel for your head area or bring your own mat.
Door handle disinfection: Twice a day we disinfect all door handles and handrails, light switches and other regularly touched surfaces.
Keep your distance. As teachers, we will refrain from shaking hands completely and during our corrections we will touch you less.
In return we ask that you help us by adhering to the following guidelines:
Thorough hand washing before the class and ideally after, as recommended by Public Health England.
Paper towels instead of cloth towels.
We have towel dispensers in all our washrooms. Please use these and dispose of them in the bins provided. If you want to contribute to the protection of the environment, you can bring a small clean towel for washing your hands.
If you feel ill or already have a cold, please stay at home.
If you have had contact with a person who is known to be infected with the coronavirus, please do not come to the studio for classes for 14 days.
If any of our therapists or instructors display symptoms of the virus, or come into contact with anyone who has recently visited an area affected, we will notify all clients immediately and carry out the necessary actions until any risk of infection has passed.
